When your complaint is received, it will be assigned to a member of the Ganha 7 customer service team for review and resolution. We will respond within 48 hours. If our response is not satisfactory, you may request an appeal, which will be overseen by a member of our customer service management team. This appeal should be seen as the final response from Viradabet. If you are not in agreement with our final response, you may escalate your complaint to Curaçao eGaming ('CEG') by clicking on the validation seal at the bottom of the Viradabet website.
